DUST  COllECTOR

                                     

Dust filtration or removal systems may handle dry or hot dust. Dry dust occurs in sawmills, furniture factories and metal-polishing plants; hot dust may arise from metal furnaces, Boiler and other sources.

 

DUST  COLLECTOR  are divided into dry and wet types as follows:

#   Dry types may use fabric bags, Bag  Filter  synthetic fibers or Cartridge   and other sources.

#   Wet types mainly use Spray  water to collect soot, and may include Media   to increase the dust capture area. Wet systems containing Media   are called Wet  Scrubber

#    Dust from paint spraying can also be collected using water droplets, or by Filter synthetic-fiber filters, although this has high running costs.

 

DUST COLLECTOR Dry types

For dust from wood, sawmills, furniture factories, metal-polishing plants and plastic processing, these applications use Bag  Filter to filter dust. A mechanism knocks dust off the bags so that it falls below; this is

2. Vibrator
3. Manual

DUST  COLLECTOR Wet types

or hot sources such as metal furnaces, paint spray booths or Boiler  use wet Scrubber to collect dust.
