Big impact in a small space Like our other ESPs, the MSH is a fully integrated mist collector that can be installed directly into a machining center or nearby using tubing. Fog from oil and water-based machinery, smoke, and fumes are sucked into the system. It is then passed through a combination of high-efficiency pre-filter and large ESP collection cell, with clean air recirculated back into the plant for a cleaner, healthier working environment.

Machine-mounted mist filters are the most cost-effective way to capture coolant fumes and mists. This is because pollutants are captured directly at or near the point of origin before being transported uncontrolled through the plant.

How does the MSH model work?

Different from centrifugal filters A bag or box that removes only the largest particles, ESP electrically charges both large and microscopic contaminants. It is then separated from the air stream that accumulates on the grounded collection plate. The exhaust air contains virtually no oil mist, smoke or harmful particles.
