Tips for managing heat inside buildings
Have you ever entered a room or building and felt heat coming from the walls? Let us look at why this happens.   Starting with 4 Sunlight can transfer heat into a building in the following ways:
1.  Heat radiates from the roof into the attic space, raising the air temperature there and, at the same time, the temperature of the room ceiling.
2. Heat passes through glass walls.
3. Heat radiates through the building walls.
4. Hot air enters through doors or windows.

Once we understand what raises the building temperature and consequently our body temperature, we need ways to help our bodies

cool down. The human body can automatically lower its temperature through 3 processes:
1. Convection ( Convection)
2.  Radiation ( Radiation)
3.  Sweating through the skin ( Perspiration)
Good building ventilation helps our body temperature fall more quickly.
Convection
Convection occurs when moving air removes heat from the body. If the surrounding air is cooler, it absorbs body heat, warms up and is then carried outside. Using ventilation fans to increase indoor air movement helps remove heat from the building faster, making occupants feel cooler. The more air that is moved out of the building, the greater the reduction in indoor temperature.

Radiation
Radiation occurs when heat travels across the air between the human body and objects inside the building. If indoor objects are hotter than the body, heat moves toward the body and makes us feel warmer. Fans that remove heat from objects such as ceilings, walls and furniture can lower the surrounding temperature and reduce the heat radiated by indoor objects.

Sweating through the skin
Sweating may not be the most convenient cooling method, and we often choose other ways to reduce body heat. Nevertheless, hot weather and exercise cause sweating, helping the body cool itself. Fans that move air across the skin help moisture evaporate faster and consequently reduce body heat.

Benefits of ventilation fans
Benefits of ventilation fans   include reducing heat inside a building. A good ventilation system removes hot air and brings fresh air into the building. This can also be called “ air exchange ”
Another benefit is controlling indoor air quality. When many people occupy a building, levels of carbon dioxide ( CO2) or airborne dust may rise. In industrial premises, rooms containing hazardous gases need ventilation so that the air can be treated before discharge outside or reuse.
