The air-conditioned room must have “Fill in fresh air (Fresh Air)”

Especially in buildings that are completely closed or use central air conditioning systems.

For several important reasons:

✅ Reasons to add fresh air (Fresh Air)
 1. Reduce the amount of carbon dioxide (CO₂)
 • Without replenishing the air, CO₂ levels will continue to rise due to people breathing in the room. Causes drowsiness, tiredness, fatigue or dizziness.
 2. Reduce volatile substances, allergens and odors.
 • For example, furniture odors, chemical odors, mold, PM2.5 dust or VOCs (volatile substances from indoor items) will accumulate if there is no new air coming in.
 3. Reduce accumulated humidity.
 • Air circulation reduces accumulated moisture that can cause mold. or condensation at the air outlet head
 4. According to building sanitation standards (such as or )
 • Clearly stipulate that buildings with occupants must have a fresh air filling system, such as
 • Office: not less than 10 liters/second/person.
 • Classroom: 8–10 liters/second/person
 • Hospitals, laboratories: Definitely must have a filtration and flow control system.

✅ How to add Fresh Air in an air conditioned room
 1. Use Fresh Air Duct to connect to AHU/FCU.
 2. Install Ventilator (such as HRV/ERV)
 3. Use a fan to suck and add air with a Filter.
 4. Open the natural air vent. (But be careful PM2.5)

🚫 Negative effects if there is no new aeration.
 • The air is smelly and musty.
 • People in the room are tired and their concentration is decreased.
 • Accumulated high humidity.
 • Risk of disease from the accumulation of germs, such as Sick Building Syndrome (SBS).
